Welcome to Movie Mandates, a review show in which sibling cinephiles Andrew and Keleigh force each other to watch movies according to a monthly theme!  Art of the Steal month focuses on heist movies and to kick off the festivities I’ve mandated we watch Topkapi, a heist movie from the 60s that the internet tells me was one of the inspirations for the subsequent Mission: Impossible television show.  Nifty!
